The Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command has released the latest issue of Al Ain Al Sahera magazine, featuring a diverse range of police, security, and educational topics.

The cover story of the February edition, titled “Cyberbullying: A Disgraceful Behavior That Violates Moral Values”, highlights the UAE Ministry of Interior’s efforts to combat cyberbullying. It also discusses the strict legal measures imposed to deter such harmful behavior, emphasizing its threats to individuals and society.

In the Security Vision column, His Excellency Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, explores the concept of “Foresight Studies.” He describes foresight as both an art and a social science, focusing on proactive thinking and analysis to anticipate future trends, understand variables that may influence them, and implement scientific strategies to combat crime effectively.
