Based on the strategy of the Ministry of Interior, pursued by the General Command of Ras Al Khaimah Police, in keeping pace with the best advanced and modern technologies to combat crime, while enhancing the security and safety of lives, His Excellency Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, witnessed, in the presence of His Excellency Brigadier Abdullah Khamis Al Hadidi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, Lieutenant Colonel Yousef Abdullah Al Tunaiji, Head of the Al Madina Comprehensive Police Station, a number of Special Tasks Department officers, and employees of the Comprehensive City Police Station, the graduation ceremony of the first elite within the training course in the investigation of security negotiation, arrest, search and use of the “TASER” weapon. It was implemented by the Ras Al Khaimah Police Special Tasks Department, under the supervision and follow-up of Colonel Dr. Yousef Salem bin Yaqoub Al Zaabi, Director of the Special Tasks Department of Ras Al Khaimah Police, and a group of highly qualified and experienced trainers from the Special Tasks Department in this field.

His Excellency Major General Ali bin Alwan praised the training course that qualifies investigation officers in comprehensive police stations for what is known as a "comprehensive investigation officer" through training them on arrests, searches, and the art of using the electric weapon "TASER".
