The Social Support Center at Ras Al Khaimah Police is making a concerted effort to extend its outreach to the student community by launching a comprehensive awareness program entitled "Safe Return to Schools." This initiative encompasses a series of visits, lectures, and cultural and security programs aimed at guiding students in dealing with various psychological, educational, and behavioral challenges. The ultimate goal is to instill positive values in the hearts of students and safeguard the younger generation from potential societal dangers.
Colonel Dr. Ahmed Ibrahim Subayan Al-Taniji, the Director of the Social Support Center at Ras Al Khaimah Police, revealed that as schools reopened, a warm and joyful welcome was extended to students at Al-Rams School, marking the start of the academic year. This heartwarming event took place in the presence of Lieutenant Colonel Ahmed Al-Mazyoud, Director of Al-Rams Comprehensive Police Station in Ras Al Khaimah, Major Obaida Jumaa, Manager of the School Liaison Branch, as well as several police officers and specialists from the Social Support Center.
To celebrate the commencement of the new academic year, students, parents, and the school's administrative and teaching staff received gifts and flowers, conveying best wishes for their success and excellence. The center's leader also actively participated in the morning assembly radio broadcast, aimed at fostering community and security awareness among students, and inspiring them to excel in their studies for the betterment of their community and country.
The Ras Al Khaimah Police Music Band added to the festive atmosphere by performing the national anthem and various musical pieces during the morning assembly, bringing joy and happiness to the students.
This visitation program is set to continue across all schools in the emirate, with the aim of celebrating the new academic year and promoting security awareness among students.
