The Strategy and Performance Development Department at the Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command received a delegation representing several government entities in the emirate, including the Human Resources Department, the Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Department of Economic Development, the Public Prosecution, and the Courts Department. The visit aimed to exchange knowledge and share best practices in the integration, governance, and coordination of administrative operations.
The delegation was received by Major Yousef Ali bin Rashid Al Habsi, Head of the Quality Section, in the presence of officers from the Strategy and Performance Development Department.
During the meeting, Ras Al Khaimah Police presented its framework for managing key administrative processes, highlighting the Ministry of Interior’s operational model and the mechanisms used to identify inputs, improvement priorities, and governance requirements. The discussion also covered the Intellectual Property Guide, administrative process evaluation criteria, and the operational framework used to assess and continuously enhance organizational performance.
The meeting emphasized the importance of effective process documentation and institutional integration through the adoption of advanced models for developing and improving administrative procedures. Participants also reviewed mechanisms for linking operational performance indicators with strategic objectives to ensure alignment between institutional processes and the approved operational manuals.
