The General Command of Ras Al Khaimah Police announced the launch of the Integrated Partnerships and Smart Services System, which focuses on strategic partnerships with both the public and private sectors, and the utilization of smart technologies to enhance the customer journey and improve the quality and efficiency of services.
His Excellency Brigadier Ahmed Al Sam Al Naqbi, Director General of Central Operations at Ras Al Khaimah Police, stated that since its launch, the system has achieved tangible results, reflected in reducing the vehicle registration journey time by 70%, automating driving tests using artificial intelligence to enhance the accuracy of results and elevate operational transparency, in addition to implementing smart platforms to detect road defects and improve traffic safety.
The Director General of Central Operations at Ras Al Khaimah Police stated that these improvements were implemented within the framework of zero bureaucracy in government performance, through strategic partnerships with relevant entities, with the aim of sustainably enhancing the customer experience, in alignment with Ras Al Khaimah Police’s pursuit of leadership in digital government services.
