As part of the General Department of Police Judiciary’s commitment to instilling professional values and promoting a culture of commitment and discipline in the workplace, the General Command of Ras Al Khaimah Police hosted an awareness lecture entitled “Reinforcing the Concepts of Commitment and Discipline” at the Martyr Tariq Al Shehhi Building Auditorium.

The lecturer highlighted the vital role of commitment and discipline in promoting positive professional behavior, strengthening institutional discipline in the workplace, and reducing disciplinary violations.

He affirmed that commitment and discipline are among the fundamental pillars for strengthening positive behavioral values among personnel and instilling a spirit of responsibility and institutional affiliation.

He noted that reinforcing these concepts aligns with the strategic objectives of the Ministry of Interior aimed at developing the policing system and achieving sustainable improvement in institutional performance across various security fields.
