To fulfill the UAE government's commitment for future services, which is to focus on consumers and listen to them in order to enhance their experience so that it becomes seamless and responsive, and to support and improve resources via appropriate investment, the digital software was launched for the method of car confiscation and sale. Furthermore, the second line to test light cars at the technical test centre - Al-Saadi in Ras Al Khaimah was established, with the inclusion of additional channels to keep consumers satisfied and transactions finalizing quickly. And in implementation of the government’s directions, in the field visits of leaders, Brigadier Dr. Muhammad Saeed Al-Hamidi, Director General of Central Operations in Ras Al Khaimah Police, inspected the progress of traffic work procedures in the service centers, including the Vehicle Confiscation Yard and the Vehicle Technical Test Centre - Al-Saadi in Ras Al Khaimah. During the field tour His Excellency was accompanied Brigadier Ahmed Al Samm Al Naqbi, Director of Traffic and Patrols Department in Ras Al Khaimah Police, Colonel Rashid Salem bin Yaqoub Al Zaabi, Director of Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department, and Ms. Maysoon Al Dhahab, Director General of the Public Resources Authority in Ras Al Khaimah.
The progress of work procedures was reviewed with the completion of a total of 13,680 test transactions at the Vehicle Technical Test Centre in Ras Al Khaimah during the first half of 2022.
