H.E. Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, attended, in the presence of H.E. Brigadier Jamal Ahmed Al Tair, Deputy Commander-in-Chief, members of the Federal National Council, senior officials and officers of Ras Al Khaimah Police, and with the participation of all segments of society, the 54th Union Day march organized by the General Command of Ras Al Khaimah Police, under the supervision of the Ministry of Interior, on the occasion of the nation’s celebrations of the 54th Union Day, along Al Qawasim Corniche in Ras Al Khaimah. On this cherished occasion, His Excellency extended his sincere congratulations and blessings to the wise leadership, the people of the United Arab Emirates, and residents.

The celebration began with the playing of the national anthem and the raising of the national flag as an expression of loyalty and belonging to the beloved homeland, in a moment filled with pride and honor, during which everyone stood united, reflecting the spirit of the Union and the consolidation of the values of wise leadership. Following that, Ras Al Khaimah Police teams showcased their vehicles and military equipment, with the participation of the Police College in Abu Dhabi, Civil Defense teams, the military music band, the women’s police, the Royal Guard, the “Cavalry Troupe” displays, and the “K9 Police Dog Unit,” in addition to active participation from various government and private entities, as well as many university and school students in Ras Al Khaimah in the national march which featured an interesting comparison between the past and the present through the display of modern vehicles and equipment currently used in security agencies compared to the past, reflecting the significant development the UAE has witnessed in the policing and security field, to the point that it has become a global model in promoting and strengthening security, safety, and quality of life in society.

Among the distinguished additions to the march was the participation of a drone carrying the flag of the United Arab Emirates. The drone, of the FlyCart 30 type, a global leader in the field of unmanned aircraft raised a giant UAE flag measuring more than 10 meters, benefiting from its high capability to carry a weight of up to 40 kilograms with full efficiency and stability. This achievement confirms Ras Al Khaimah Police’s commitment to adopting the latest technologies and applying the highest safety standards in operating unmanned aircraft, so that the display would be a national message worthy of being carried at the largest size, along the longest route, and with the highest levels of professionalism. H.E. Major General Ali bin Alwan praised the excellent organization of the event and the active participation of the public, stressing that this celebration embodies the values and meanings of loyalty, national cohesion, and the glories of the spirit of the Union, which represent the essence of the nation’s stability and the path to the sustainability of its development.
