Ras Al Khaimah Police, represented by the Traffic and Patrols Department, impounded 51 vehicles due to noise and disruption during the fiscal year 2021, urging drivers, particularly young people, to observe traffic regulations, be positive, and respect other road users in order to ensure everyone's safety.

The Ras Al Khaimah Police Traffic Department announced that it will not accept traffic violators and will dissuade irresponsible motorists in order to protect their safety and the safety of other road users, Explaining that Article (1) of the Traffic Law regarding traffic control rules and procedures, as well as the violations schedule, states in paragraph A "Driving a vehicle in a manner that endangers your life and the life and safety of others, as stated in paragraph B, driving a vehicle in a manner that would cause damage to public or private facilities, the perpetrator shall be punished with a fine of 2000 dirhams and 23 traffic points, and the vehicle shall be impounded for 60 days."
