The Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command, in partnership with the Ras Al Khaimah General Resources Authority and Emirates Auctions, has introduced a new range of motorcycle number plates, designated as Code 1. These plates are available in both regular and premium categories, featuring a modern character and design to cater to diverse tastes and align with contemporary design trends. His Excellency Colonel Saqr bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Director of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department at Ras Al Khaimah Police, noted that the new motorcycle number plates were developed in response to public feedback and suggestions. This initiative aims to exceed public expectations by offering innovative and appealing traffic services. Colonel Saqr Al Qasimi emphasized the crucial importance of adhering to traffic safety requirements for motorcyclists to avoid legal consequences and prevent accidents. He urged motorcycle users to follow traffic laws, adhere to road instructions, and maintain safe speeds to prevent serious accidents and their potentially devastating impact on life and property.
