The coordination meeting for the security of the Emirates Tour, which will begin next month, was presided over by His Excellency Brigadier General Abdullah Ali Menkhes, Director General of Police Operations and Chairman of the Permanent Committee for Securing Celebrations and Events in Ras Al Khaimah.

At the meeting, which was attended by a number of officials and members from the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, His Excellency emphasized the readiness and willingness of the emirate's competent authorities to secure the Emirates Tour's route.

The event, which has 140 participants, begins on February 22 from the Emirate of Fujairah to Jebel Jais in Ras Al Khaimah and continues on February 24 from Al Marjan Island, going through many Ras Al Khaimah neighborhoods until coming to a finish in the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain.
