Ras Al Khaimah Police, the Awareness and Media Campaigns Branch of the Department of Media and Public Relations, in cooperation with the Department of Community Police, the Department of Comprehensive Police Stations, and the Department of Criminal Investigations and Investigations, launched the Anti-Electronic Fraud Campaign 2022, in the presence of His Excellency Brigadier Abdullah Munkhis, Director General of Police Operations, and Captain Saeed Al-Masafri, Branch Manager Awareness and Media Campaigns, and a number of police officers, in implementation of the strategy of the Ministry of Interior, which aims to spread security awareness on a large scale, in order to enhance security and safety.

According to Brigadier Abdullah Mankhas, the electronic fraud 2022 campaign aims to raise societal awareness about the various electronic forms of fraud, scams, extortion, and fictitious employment, based on the Ras Al Khaimah Security Police's responsibility and role in confronting fraudsters who attempt to obtain personal or financial data or information by sending e-mails, messages, or interacting via bogus websites.
