Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, the inaugural "First International Conference on Forensic Sciences and Criminal Evidence" commenced today. Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah, graced the event, organized by the General Command of Ras Al Khaimah Police, from October 30th to November 1st, 2023.

The conference's inauguration saw the presence of key figures including Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, Major General Sheikh Rashid bin Ahmed Al Mualla, Commander-in-Chief of Umm Al Quwain Police, and Brigadier Jamal Ahmed Al-Tair, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, along with several police officers and dignitaries from various governmental departments and institutions.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud Al Qasimi commended the event's caliber, organizational professionalism, and the Ras Al Khaimah Police's performance quality. This international gathering, hosting a consortium of experts, specialists, and researchers in forensic medicine and sciences, positions Ras Al Khaimah competitively in the realms of security, safety, and criminal justice.

Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi reaffirmed the unwavering support of His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi and the direct oversight of Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud Al Qasimi, emphasizing their commitment to Ras Al Khaimah's advancement. He also acknowledged the guidance of His Highness Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, in the development of Ras Al Khaimah Police's criminal laboratory, contributing significantly to the success of the conference and bolstering security measures against crime, ensuring safety and stability.
