Al Madinah Comprehensive Police Station in Ras Al Khaimah organized the “Customer Councils” event in accordance with the approved plan, in coordination with the Customer Councils Team at the level of the General Command. The event was attended by Major Hassan Abdullah Al Awadhi, Acting Head of Al Madinah Comprehensive Police Station; First Lieutenant Abdullah Ahmed Al Hadiyya, Acting Head of the Traffic and Patrols Branch; along with concerned officers from comprehensive police stations and a number of relevant departments.
The council aimed to discuss the mechanism of the vehicle impound release service by listening to the voice of customers and identifying their opinions and needs related to all aspects of the traffic “Impound Release” service, in a manner that meets public aspirations for advanced, high-quality, and proactive services.

Major Hassan Al Awadhi affirmed that organizing this event falls within the directives of the General Command of Ras Al Khaimah Police aimed at engaging individual customers in the development and improvement of service procedures, with the objective of simplifying processes and facilitating access to services.
He explained that the session included briefing attendees on customer services provided by the center, which are based on the Zero Bureaucracy approach, as well as the mechanisms for delivering services with high quality and speed, in line with the objectives of the Ministry of Interior and the directives of the General Command of Ras Al Khaimah Police.

He added that the event resulted in a set of constructive ideas and proposals, totaling (15) proposals, which will be reviewed and filtered in a manner that serves traffic work procedures within the “Vehicle Impound Release” service. This comes in response to public feedback through facilitating service requirements, application procedures, and the required documentation. Meanwhile, attendees commended the continuous efforts exerted by Al Madinah Comprehensive Police Station to simplify and develop the services provided in order to enhance societal happiness, in alignment with the Service Excellence Framework under the Global Star Rating Program for Service.
