Brigadier Jamal Ahmed Al Tair, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, presided over the ceremony to honor the victors of 11 sports events and activities held within the Ras Al Khaimah Security Zone. Accompanied by Colonel Salem Rashid Al Nuaimi, Director of the Civil Defense Department, and other dignitaries, Brigadier Al Tair presented awards to winners representing various public departments within the security zone.
The competitions showcased intense rivalry among departments, with Ras Al Khaimah Civil Defense Department emerging as the overall champion with 258 points. The General Directorate of Resources and Support Services secured the second position with 206 points, followed by the General Directorate of Police Operations in third place with 121 points. Brigadier Al Tair personally bestowed honors and distributed prizes to the deserving winners.
In a special recognition, Captain Yousef Jaka from the Civil Defense Department was commended as the best liaison officer for his exceptional dedication to ensuring his department's active participation and competitive spirit in all events.

Brigadier Al Tair emphasized the leadership's commitment to promoting various sporting endeavors, underscoring the significance of sports in cultivating a well-rounded police force. He highlighted the role of sports in fostering self-assurance, fostering fair competition, enhancing physical fitness, and promoting awareness among members.
