His Excellency Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Permanent Supreme Committee and Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, presided over the inaugural meeting of the Permanent Supreme Committee for 2022, which was attended by members of the Ras Al Khaimah Permanent Supreme Committee.

At the start of the meeting, the Chairman of the Permanent Supreme Committee of Ras Al Khaimah welcomed the members, praising their efforts as well as the efforts of the work teams that contributed to achieving outstanding results for the emirate's police and security performance in the past year 2021.

Then, His Excellency Major General Ali bin Alwan and members of the Permanent Committee addressed a number of critical topics that support the development and improvement of institutional performance in all police sectors, highlighting the employee performance evaluation 2022, with the goal of developing, motivating, and improving the Ras Al Khaimah Police performance appraisal system through an evaluation of the strategic direction of the Ministry of Interior, as well as the strategic objectives of the General Command of Ras Al Khaimah Police, as well as discussing the mechanism of linking the strategic direction with the personal goals of the employees, to ensure that employees implement and support the ministry’s direction, and to emphasize that the evaluation is carried out clearly, accurately and transparently, with a commitment to realism in measuring achievement.
