His Excellency Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, in the presence of His Excellency Brigadier Jamal Ahmed Al Tair, Director General of Resources and Support Services, Brigadier Ali Al Qursi, Director of the Strategy and Performance Development Department, Colonel Dr. Saud Ahmed Al Ajel Al Tunaiji, Deputy Director of the Strategy and Performance Development Department, and a number of police officers, honored an elite group of professional talents, graduates of the Professional Diploma Program for the Government Excellence System, which was launched by the Prime Minister’s Office in partnership with Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University. 

The course aimed at qualifying a new generation of Emirati cadres specialized in institutional excellence in support of the efforts of the Sheikh Khalifa Government Excellence Program in performance and innovation.
