The Ras Al Khaimah Police Aviation Section announced that it carried out 78 operations in 2021, with around 80% of them being search and rescue flights.

Colonel Pilot Saeed Al Yamahi, Head of the Ras Al Khaimah Police Aviation Department, stated that the department, which receives great support and continuous attention from the leadership, and within the framework of its functional and humanitarian tasks, carried out 78 different missions over the past year, ranging from search and rescue to patrols, participation in national, official, and community events, and providing support and assistance to the authorities in order to enhance security and safety, to save the lives of citizens, residents and tourists.
