Brigadier General Yaqoub Yousef Bu Laila, Director of the Punitive and Correctional Establishment in Ras Al Khaimah Police, honored 14 inmates who won the Holy Quran memorization competition that was launched during the holy month of Ramadan in cooperation with the Charitable Works Authority.

Brigadier General Boulila stressed the keenness of the Ras Al Khaimah Police, represented by the Department of the Punitive and Correctional Establishment, to enhance the religious spirit among the inmates by organizing such targeted competitions that contribute to the reformatory rehabilitation process for the inmates and to benefit from their free time fruitfully, in addition to preparing them to return to their normal lives after the end of their sentences.
