The Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command, represented by the Women’s Police Team and the Ras Al Khaimah Police Youth Council, in cooperation with the Civil Defense Department, organized an awareness program entitled "Life Jacket" at the headquarters of the Federal Youth Foundation. The program included an awareness lecture on public safety procedures, covering various aspects such as the introduction to different types of fires, their classifications, and causes; methods to avoid fires caused by gas, electricity, and other sources in homes, shops, and workplaces; training on fire prevention techniques, practical application of evacuation methods and plans; and dealing with drowning cases and the importance of using life jackets. Additionally, the program highlighted the deployment of the “Hasantak” system for housing to spread awareness about public safety, fire prevention, and first aid. The Life Jacket Awareness Program provided numerous tips and guidance on safety methods, fire prevention, and drowning prevention. It emphasized the importance of adhering to crucial instructions and guidelines to avoid potential risks and ensure security and safety. This initiative aligns with the Ministry of Interior’s strategy aimed at enhancing the quality of security life in society, ensuring the safety and well-being of all members of the society.
