His Excellency Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, received in his office Her Excellency Philippa Harrison, Chief Executive Officer of the Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority, accompanied by Brent Anderson, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Authority.
During the meeting, discussions focused on ways to enhance existing cooperation between the two entities and support the tourism sector and society safety in the emirate.
His Excellency the Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police emphasized the importance of such meetings in supporting the tourism sector in Ras Al Khaimah, which has witnessed steady growth in recent years. This growth is reflected in the increasing number of tourists from around the world visiting the emirate, which boasts a strong tourism infrastructure and outstanding facilities that attract tourists and visitors.
His Excellency highlighted the ongoing cooperation between the Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command and the Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority, which serves this vital sector and enhances police efforts to achieve the highest levels of tourist security and service for visitors from within the UAE and abroad. He also commended the significant role played by the Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority in supporting the tourism sector and dedicating its human expertise and material resources to strengthening the emirate’s position on the Gulf and global tourism map.
