The Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command, represented by the Community Protection and Prevention Department, Community Policing Section and the Comprehensive Police Stations Department, Al Madina Comprehensive Police Station, participated in the charitable exhibition organized under the “Paths of Happiness” community initiative launched by the Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Charitable Educational Foundation. The initiative was held in cooperation with the Aman Center for Women and Children Shelter in Ras Al Khaimah and coincided with the approach of Eid Al Adha, bringing the spirit of giving and solidarity to the community.

Lieutenant Colonel Rashid Saeed Balhoun, Head of the Community Policing Section at the Community Protection and Prevention Department, explained that the initiative aimed to spread joy and happiness among underprivileged families and orphans by providing sacrificial animals, Eid clothing, gifts, and financial assistance. The initiative sought to support vulnerable groups within the community and enable them to celebrate Eid Al Adha in an atmosphere of dignity, happiness, and social inclusion.

He added that the initiative aligns with the objectives of the “Year of the Family 2026” under the slogan “Growth and Belonging,” which seeks to strengthen family and social cohesion and reinforce the role of the family as the cornerstone of a strong, stable, and sustainable society.

For her part, Major Moza Rashid Al Khabouri, Manager of the Community Programs Branch at Ras Al Khaimah Police, affirmed that the General Command remains committed to supporting humanitarian and charitable initiatives as part of its social responsibility efforts. She noted that Ras Al Khaimah Police actively participates in community programs and events that promote the values of compassion, solidarity, and social connection among individuals and institutions.

She further emphasized that such initiatives contribute to advancing humanitarian and social work, enhancing social cohesion, and supporting vulnerable and low-income groups, in line with the UAE’s values of generosity, tolerance, and community partnership.

The participation reflects Ras Al Khaimah Police’s ongoing commitment to strengthening partnerships with community organizations and charitable institutions, supporting initiatives that improve quality of life and foster a spirit of unity, cooperation, and social responsibility throughout the community.
