In line with its efforts to enhance security quality of life and promote customer happiness, Digdaga Comprehensive Police Station held a session on digital transformation of police services and eliminating bureaucracy, as part of the Customer Happiness Councils. The session was attended by Brigadier Ahmed Abdullah Jakkah, Director of the Comprehensive Police Stations Department, along with station employees, several customers, and partners. Colonel Ali Rashid Al Salhadi, Head of Digdaga Comprehensive Police Station, who inaugurated the session, affirmed that holding this session reflects the station’s commitment to actively participating in the government’s Customer Councils initiative and to enhancing customer happiness by delivering all services with high efficiency.

He added that the session served as a brainstorming platform aimed at exchanging views, ideas, and developmental proposals to enhance the digital transformation of services and reduce procedures related to the delivery of police services, in line with customer expectations and needs. It also aimed at assessing the impact of implementing such ideas on customer happiness and their level of satisfaction with the services provided. He noted the Digdaga Comprehensive Police Station’s commitment and continuous efforts to reinforce the concept of smart and future-ready government services that support the vision of our wise leadership to make the UAE Government the best globally in service delivery. Colonel Al Salhadi stressed the center’s full commitment to serving customers through paperless, uncomplicated, and delay-free government services, ensuring a smoother, more satisfactory, and happier customer experience. He explained that digital transformation is no longer an option but a strategic pathway toward a lean government that relies on artificial intelligence to deliver services driven by data rather than paperwork, and by customer satisfaction rather than procedures, fulfilling the UAE Government’s promise of service excellence and zero bureaucracy.
