The Monitoring and Follow-up Branch of the Ports and Airports Police Department of Ras Al Khaimah Police carried out an awareness campaign for visitors to a number of the emirate's beaches to urge visitors to follow the instructions that prevent endangering their safety and the safety of their family members from drowning.

Major Aref Al Harnaki, Manager of the Monitoring and Follow-up Branch in the Ports and Airports Police Department in Ras Al Khaimah, indicated that the implementation of this campaign comes in light of the keenness of the Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command to raise the level of awareness among community members and beachgoers in light of the increasing demand for beaches with the start of the summer season with the rise in temperature and humidity at this time of the year.
