The Ras Al Khaimah Police has commenced its sporting events for the region's security zone with the launch of a bowling competition at the Ras Al Khaimah Bowling Center. Colonel Hamad Abdullah Al Awadi, Acting Director of the Media and Public Relations Department, and Major Abdullah bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Head of the Sports and Social Activities Section, graced the occasion, demonstrating their support for the event.
Under the watchful supervision of the Police Sports Federation, the bowling competition has attracted participants from various departments within the police force. The General Command of Ras Al Khaimah Police, known for its commitment to fostering sportsmanship and organizing diverse sporting events and competitions, aims to boost the morale of its members while promoting healthy competition.

The team-level results of the competition showcased the impressive skills of the participants. The Civil Defense Department claimed the first-place position, followed by the General Directorate of Police Operations in second place, and the General Directorate of Resources and Support Services securing the third-place position. At the individual level, Saif Abdullah Al Mansoori from the police operations team achieved the first-place rank, accumulating a total of 466 points. Omar Saif Al Suwaidi from the Civil Defense Department secured the second-place position with a total of 438 points, while Adel Rashid Al Ali, also from the Civil Defense Department, claimed the third-place spot with a total of 424 points.

Expressing his appreciation, Colonel Hamad Abdullah Al-Awadi, Acting Director of the Media and Public Relations Department, commended the organizing committee for their effective efforts in hosting these sporting events. He emphasized the importance of such championships and competitions in developing the capabilities and sports skills of the security sector employees. Moreover, he highlighted their role in fostering an environment of interdependence, participation, and interaction among the workforce.
