His Excellency Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, confirmed that Ras Al Khaimah Police is keen to support charitable projects that contribute to strengthening the role of medical and curative research especially the cancer which threatens the lives of millions of people worldwide.

His Excellency inaugurated a charitable fund to support the "Cancer is part of my life but not my life" campaign launched by the Emirati journalist, Nahid Al Naqbi, in cooperation with the Al Jalila Foundation, to collect half a million dirhams to support medical research and treatment of cancer and oncology, reaching the number zero deaths from this disease by 2030.
