His Excellency Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, inaugurated the Unified Call Center which provides all services and answers public inquiries by calling 901 for non-emergency cases (7/24).

His Excellency said that the number 901 will be allocated to respond to public non-emergency and simple inquiries, reports and complaints in addition to providing 93 police, traffic, criminal, and community services as well as technical support. While the number 999 will be allocated to receive emergency cases and reports only. This will contribute to achieve the desired goals by responding swiftly to these types of reports and dealing with them by the competent authorities as quickly as possible in a manner that maintains the safety of the public and their properties.
