The Smart Testing Village for drivers has achieved a significant qualitative leap in the level of smart services provided to customers, successfully reducing driving test time by up to 80% for automatic vehicles and 70% for manual vehicles. In addition, the village offers a VIP service that enables applicants to obtain their driving licenses in a record time of just five minutes.

His Excellency Brigadier Ahmed Al Sam Al Naqbi, Director General of Central Operations at Ras Al Khaimah Police, affirmed that this advancement in facilitating customer procedures reflects the General Command’s leadership in adopting smart solutions aimed at enhancing customer experience and expediting procedures. This comes through the provision of a diversified package of distinguished services in line with the directives of the Ministry of Interior.

Brigadier Al Naqbi added that the Smart Testing Village in Ras Al Khaimah is equipped with all the necessary infrastructure, advanced equipment, and high-quality smart systems to deliver automated testing services. These systems enable applicants to complete driving tests without human intervention, ensuring a high level of accuracy through vehicles equipped with the latest artificial intelligence technologies and modern systems.

He explained that the testing process is monitored by specialized personnel from within the monitoring and control room, while applicants receive their test results instantly via text message upon completion.

Ras Al Khaimah Police continues to implement the quality-of-life concept on the ground by providing proactive, high-quality services that meet the highest standards, reduce customer journey time, and ensure customer happiness.
