Colonel Dr. Nasser Muhammad Al-Bakr, Director of the Ras Al Khaimah Police Training Center, attended the graduation ceremony for the "Security and Safety" course, which was held at the center's headquarters in collaboration with the Civil Defense Department. Colonel Dr. Al-Bakr stated that this course, which was attended by 21 Ras Al Khaimah police officers and staff members, reflects the Police General Command's efforts to develop the capabilities and skills of its members and enhance their preventive aspect in a way that contributes to raising the level of protection, security, and safety and preserving the lives and properties of citizens and residents.
