In preparation for the upcoming New Year celebrations, Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Yousef Abdullah Al Tunaiji, the Head of the Events Securing and Organizing Team at Ras Al Khaimah Police, led a meeting with the teams overseeing the security of New Year's activities. The purpose of the meeting was to assess their complete readiness for welcoming the year 2024 and to ensure the safety and joy of those partaking in the New Year festivities.

Lieutenant Colonel Al Tunaiji reassured that Ras Al Khaimah Police, along with its specialized teams, is fully prepared to organize and secure the New Year's celebration event. The goal is to execute the event with excellence while prioritizing the safety of the public. Additionally, efforts will be made to facilitate smooth traffic flow on the roads leading to the celebration site on Marjan Island, where 25,000 parking spaces have been allocated at the entrance. The commitment is to create a secure and enjoyable environment for all participants.
