Brigadier Dr. Muhammad Saeed Al-Hamidi, Director General of Central Operations at Ras Al Khaimah Police, explained that a total of (15) training sessions are mandatory before obtaining driving licenses in all vehicle categories (heavy vehicles, light vehicles, heavy buses, and motorcycles) with the implementation of night training for applicants of light vehicles driver’s license, so that they are trained and qualified to be able to drive at night as well, with the aim of refining the performance and capabilities of drivers and qualifying them to drive at night in order to preserve the safety of drivers’ lives, property and all road users..
