Al Mamourah Comprehensive Police Station organized “Customer Council” event with the participation of the Department of Economic Development, Public Prosecution, RAK Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Preventive Medicine, Saqr Hospital, Ibrahim Obaidallah Hospital, Health Care Department, Higher Colleges of Technology, RAK Medical and Health Sciences University, Tunb Secondary School, Pakistan Higher Secondary School, along with a number of customers.

Lt. Col. Abdullah Mohammed Al Ahwas Al Teneiji, Head of Al Mamourah Comprehensive Police Station, who inaugurated the session in the presence of several officers from the station, noted that organizing this event comes in implementation of the directives of the wise leadership and in support of the UAE’s vision to enhance quality of life and develop services, in alignment with the objectives of the Ministry of Interior and the directives of Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command, in pursuit of improving the quality of life for all segments of society. He added that during the session held under the title “Services of the Future”, discussions were conducted with attendees and participants regarding the services provided by the center to customers, the service delivery channels, and the best practices adopted to achieve customer happiness. Views and proposals aimed at developing the services were also exchanged, in a manner that aligns with customer expectations and contributes to meeting their needs to enhance the overall customer experience.

Lt. Col. Al Teneiji stated that the session resulted in a set of proposals that support the development of services at the Customer Service Center, in alignment with the service excellence framework under the Global Star Rating System for Services. He noted that these proposals have been taken into consideration and are currently being implemented to achieve the objectives of Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command. On the sidelines of the session, Major Salem Al Harsh from the Community Protection and Prevention Department delivered an awareness briefing titled “Cyber Fraud and Bullying.”
