His Excellency Brigadier Ali Mohammed Al Qarsi, Director of Strategy and Performance Development Department of Ras Al Khaimah Police, chaired an online benchmarking session with the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority, in the presence of the Quality Department of the Ministry of Interior, and the Benchmarking Center in the Ministry of Interior, in implementation of the Ministry’s strategy to apply the best practices and exchange of knowledge to ensure achieving the best standards of institutional excellence.

Brigadier Ali Mohammed Al Qarsi stated that the benchmarking session came based on the request of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority to benefit from the experience of the Ras Al Khaimah Police, which previously applied to the standards of the ISO 44001: 2017 Collaborative Business Relationship Management Systems and obtained a certificate in this field.
