Colonel Dr. Nasser Muhammad Al-Bakr, Director of the Ras Al Khaimah Police Training Center, attended the graduation ceremony of two training courses, (First Aid for Emergency Response), and (Basics of Traffic and Licensing), at the Police Training Center, which included 37 police personnel. These courses stem from the methodology of identifying training needs that aims to train and develop human resources, in order to achieve the presence of qualified and trained human cadres capable of carrying out their tasks and responsibilities in the best way.
