Ras Al Khaimah Police Release May Issue of “Al Ain Al Sahira” Magazine

The Media and Public Relations Department of the Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command has released the May issue of Al Ain Al Sahira Magazine (Issue No. 355), featuring a rich collection of police, security, and community-focused content.

The cover story of this issue highlights the theme: “Rumors: Distort the Truth and Erode Public Trust.” The feature explores the impact of rumors on security and social stability, as well as the legal consequences for those who spread them under UAE law. It underscores the UAE’s proactive approach in addressing the risks associated with rumors.

The editorial, titled “The Nation… A Trust,” reflects on the moral and social responsibility shared by all members of society toward their nation. It emphasizes the importance of preserving national achievements, fostering unity, and strengthening the values of cohesion and belonging through dedication and collective responsibility.

In his “Security Perspective” column, His Excellency Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, discussed the concept of police awareness as a fundamental approach that encourages all members of society to contribute to protecting the community from crime. He highlighted ongoing efforts by police and security entities to reinforce security through effective communication with the public and by promoting a culture of shared responsibility.

Meanwhile, in the “Insights” column, Lieutenant Colonel Khalid Hassan Al Naqbi, Editor-in-Chief of the magazine, presented an article titled “Proud of the UAE,” which reflects the spirit of loyalty and belonging, and showcases the deeply rooted values of unity, tolerance, and generosity that define the nation.

The issue also features a diverse range of topics, including reports on rehabilitation programs organized by the Correctional and Rehabilitation Institution Department of Ras Al Khaimah Police during the first quarter of the year, benefiting 3,189 inmates. Additional sections include specialized police studies and research, “Places and Times,” poetic features, the “Stadiums” corner, “A Window on the Past,” community news, and highlights of distinguished individuals.
