His Excellency Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of the Ras Al Khaimah Police, stated that the terms of the second package of fifty projects indicate our wise leadership's eagerness to invest in national human capital and encourage the citizens of the nation to take part in jobs in the private sector, which is an important and complementary part of government work inside a single system that contributes to the advancement of the building process and overall progress.
His Excellency further said that what distinguishes this package is its emphasis on offering more luxury and a pleasant and honorable life for the country's daughters and sons, who represent the backbone of giving and wellbeing and holders of the banner of the future, by providing all types of logistical support that gives them a perfect workplace environment in the private sector and persuades them to invest in this industry and to achieve different results that correspond to the successes of our ministries and government agencies.
His Excellency stated that the declaration of the formation of the Emirati Cadres Competitiveness Council, headed by His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, and the allocation of an annual budget of one billion and 250 million dirhams for citizen training and financial bonuses to support workers in the private sector embodies the government's focus on citizens and motivates them to innovate and invest, emphasizing that the leadership of the UAE demonstrates every day that national cadres, their training, and rehabilitation are the centerpiece of our rational government, which sets the world's greatest examples in its desire to provide a decent lifestyle for its sons and daughters.
