Official statistics issued by Al Rams Comprehensive Police Station in Ras Al Khaimah for 2025 revealed the station’s success in achieving a 99% customer happiness rate, along with a 100% satisfaction rate regarding the customer journey at the station.
Colonel Ahmed Salem Al Mazyoud Al Shehhi, Head of Al Rams Comprehensive Police Station, stated that the station achieved numerous accomplishments throughout the year, contributing to the advancement of police and security operations in Ras Al Khaimah, in line with the strategic objectives of the Ministry of Interior aimed at enhancing customer happiness with services and strengthening security and safety.
He added that the statistics for the past year recorded a 100% rate in handling electronic reports through “E-Police in your Mobile” service.
The Head of Al Rams Comprehensive Police Station further noted that service center results showed that the number of beneficiaries from community campaigns implemented by the center in 2025 reached 5210 beneficiaries. The automation rate of services stood at 100%, while procedural error rates recorded 0%. An interactive operational guide was also provided in Braille in five languages.
He explained that the station allocated nine diploma qualified service employees to work in frontline positions, launched nine development initiatives, implemented 79 community campaigns, and achieved a 99.9% compliance rate in the use of the UAE PASS.
