The Ras Al Khaimah Police Training Center held 66 different training courses in 2022 that benefited 1,284 staff members as part of the Ministry of Interior's training and development policy to improve the capabilities and skills of its employees. The Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command is keen to support this policy in any way possible. According to Colonel Dr. Nasser Muhammad Al-Bakr, Director of the Training Center in Ras Al Khaimah Police, the Training Center in Ras Al Khaimah Police held this many training courses throughout the course of the previous year in accordance with the policy and vision of the Ministry of Interior and the oversight of the General Command of Ras Al Khaimah Police. The four-month qualification course for officers, as well as courses on immediate response, body language and security, tolerance for human rights, the ethics of the security profession, and other courses that enhanced the experiences and skills of 1284 police graduates of both sexes, are the most notable courses. His Excellency stated that the center hosted 18 workshops in 2022 and noted that there had been a 20% rise in the number of courses held in 2022 copared to 2021.
