The Ras Al Khaimah Tourist Police reported that the total number of beneficiaries of its awareness and educational initiatives, as well as the (Barcode) system, which it introduced on social networking sites and in the emirate's tourist facilities, has reached 120,000.

Captain Ghanem Jassem Al Suwaidi, Head of the Tourist Police Section, Ras Al Khaimah Police, stated that the Tourist Police has activated a set of educational and awareness programs with the goal of activating the Ministry of Interior's knowledge dissemination methodology among tourists, by communicating and educating them in multiple languages (Arabic, English, Chinese, and Russian). In addition to releasing and activating the (Barcode) system for tourist police via the Ras Al Khaimah Police accounts on social media and posting it in numerous tourist facilities around the emirate.
