The Media and Public Relations Department of the Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command presented its plans, work agenda, strategic direction, and objectives for the new year during its Winter Forum, attended by senior officers and department staff.

The forum was attended by Brigadier Dr. Abdullah bin Salman Al Nuaimi, Director of Operations, and Colonel Hamad Abdullah Al Awadhi, Director of the Media and Public Relations Department, along with a number of department employees.

Colonel Al Awadhi emphasized that organizing the Winter Forum reflects the General Command’s commitment to enhancing internal communication, fostering teamwork, and building cohesive and motivated work environments. He noted that the coming period will witness the implementation of advanced media plans aligned with the police aspirations, aimed at strengthening the media presence of Ras Al Khaimah Police and reinforcing its security and community awareness mission.

He added that the forum provided an ideal platform to review new ideas and initiatives, discuss mechanisms for improving media performance, and allow employees the opportunity to engage positively outside the pressures of daily work routines.

The gathering also featured a variety of recreational activities and a barbecue, held in a distinctive winter atmosphere. These activities contributed to strengthening team spirit, promoting positive interaction among staff, and creating a motivating and supportive work environment within the department.
