Ras Al Khaimah Police Graduates Frontline and Call Center Staff from the Customer Service Excellence Course in English Language

As part of the General Command of Ras Al Khaimah Police’s commitment to enhancing the skills of its employees and promoting professional growth within the workplace, the Command recently organized a specialized training course targeting frontline staff at service delivery centers and the 901 Call Center. The course titled “Customer Service Excellence in English,” and conducted from June through October of the current year, aimed to develop their English language skills and enhance their professional communication capabilities in a manner that contributes to customer happiness. The program was implemented in cooperation with the Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi Foundation for Policy Research, through the nomination of 46 employees to join the program across three levels, following thorough assessments conducted to determine their current proficiency levels and individual needs. Based on the assessment results, participants were assigned to three training levels to ensure maximum benefit for each participant.
