As part of 2025 Year of Community initiatives, Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command, represented by Al Madinah Comprehensive Police Station, in collaboration with the Community Protection and Prevention Department, Traffic and Patrols Department, and Media and Public Relations Department, launched (We Strive for You) initiative, which seeks to foster a spirit of giving and teamwork in serving the society, sustaining security and safety, and promoting values of positive engagement and social responsibility.
Lieutenant Colonel Abdullah Yousif Al Ali, Head of Al Madinah Comprehensive Police Station, indicated that (We Strive for You) initiative aims to bring happiness to both employees and customers through recognizing and motivating staff within the institutional police work environment, and providing them with the necessary moral support by encouraging greater cooperation, cohesion, and the promotion of a culture of participation, solidarity, and support among them, during all occasions whether joyful or sorrowful. On customers side, the initiative targets the service of senior citizens, school students, and people of determination through visits and the delivery of awareness-raising and educational workshops focused on criminal, traffic, and social safety.
Major Hassan Abdullah Al Awadhi added that (We Strive for You) initiative was implemented at Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud Fishermen Council, Aman Center for People of Determination, and several schools in the emirate in cooperation with Ras Al Khaimah Educational Zone, including Zayed Educational Complex at Al Dhait, Al Dhait Girls School – Grade 5 to Grade 8 , Al Dhait Girls School – Grade 9 to Grade 12, Ras Al Khaimah Boys School – Grade 9 to Grade 12, and Al Jazeera Al Hamra Boys School – Grade 9 to Grade 12.
