Ras Al Khaimah Police Releases April Edition of Al Ain Al Sahra Magazine

The April edition of " Al Ain Al Sahra " magazine has been released by the Department of Media and Public Relations at Ras Al Khaimah Police. This issue encompasses a range of targeted topics concerning security, policing, and community affairs, featuring investigations and reports.

Highlighted on the main cover under the theme "Begging: A Social Ailment and Urban Blight," the magazine sheds light on this detrimental phenomenon with its negative implications on security, society, and the economy. Authorities, particularly Ras Al Khaimah Police, persistently endeavor to combat and apprehend those involved, imposing deterrent legal measures against them.

In his monthly column titled "Media Planning for Crises and Disasters," His Excellency Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, emphasizes the significance of media planning in crisis management. He stresses the role of media in aiding implementing agencies to handle crises effectively, mitigate their adverse impacts, disseminate transparent information, and manage public perceptions to foster societal resilience.

The latest edition features an interview with Maryam Al Shehhi, the first national trainer for police dogs at Ras Al Khaimah Police. Her journey into this field, encouraged by both her superiors and family, reflects her commitment to enhancing security through training police dogs, an integral component of law enforcement and security operations.

Addressing the phenomenon of begging in the "Spotlight" section, Colonel Khaled Hassan Al-Naqbi, the magazine's editor-in-chief, discusses how beggars exploit sympathy, especially during Ramadan, and underscores the state and Ministry of Interior's efforts to combat this issue to preserve the nation's image.

The April issue also covers various news items related to Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command, along with studies, reports, articles, and sections dedicated to poetry, sports, and community affairs.
