The Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command has called on building owners to comply with the requirement of obtaining a "Hemaya" security safety certificate by installing approved technical security systems. This initiative is in accordance with Law No. 3 of 2015 and its amendments, which regulate technical systems for facility security.

The Hemaya system is designed to ensure the security and safety of buildings and their residents, enable real-time monitoring to detect legal violations and threats, and strengthen the role of law enforcement in maintaining public safety.

Ras Al Khaimah Police emphasized the importance of subscribing to or renewing the Hemaya system before the start of next month. Non-compliance will result in violations and legal penalties for building owners.
