In an attempt to boost public trust in the Ras Al Khaimah Police Department's police and security services, and to aid throughout the provision of security and safety in the emirate, His Excellency Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, emphasized the importance of developing the work of the operations room in the Operations Department, as well as developing innovative systems and programs that improve response time to all public communications and emergency case control.

This came during his Excellency’s visit to the Operations Department of Ras Al Khaimah Police, during which he was accompanied by members of the inspection team. He was received by Brigadier General Salem Sultan Al Darmaki, Acting Director General of Central Operations in Ras Al Khaimah Police, Brigadier Ali Muhammad Al Naqbi, Director of Operations Department, and a number of officers.

Major General bin Alwan was informed on the development of services processes and instructed the ongoing training of operations room cadres in the fields of communication, communication with dealers, and event management skills.

On the other hand, the objectives, initiatives and strategic indicators of the Operations Department, the approved annual plans for managing crises and disasters, and the logistical capabilities to deal with them efficiently and effectively, and strengthening the institutional partnership at the level of the Emirate, were reviewed and discussed.
