In line with the vision of the Ministry of Interior, which aims to make the United Arab Emirates the best country in the world in achieving security and safety by enhancing the quality of life in the Emirati community, the Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command, represented by the General Department of Police Operations, organized the Effective Communication Initiative Forum. The forum was held with faculty and administrative members of the Ras Al Khaimah University of Medicine and Health Sciences, along with several officers and individuals, under the slogan “Together, our Society is Safe.”

The meeting was chaired by His Excellency Colonel Dr. Nasser Muhammad Al-Bakr, Director of the Community Police Department, accompanied by Colonel Hamad Abdullah Al-Awadi, Director of the Media and Public Relations Department. They discussed several topics, including introducing the tasks and specializations of their departments, reviewing the key services provided by the General Command through official communication channels, and discussing efforts to enhance security and safety, as well as to achieve happiness for society members. The forum also addressed the most prominent challenges faced by the academic community and proposed appropriate solutions, while listening to opinions, suggestions, and development ideas. Dr. Ali Hujair, Vice President of Ras Al Khaimah University of Medicine and Health Sciences, Professor Rasha Al Yousef, Director of Admissions and Marketing at the University, and Professor Yousef Al Nuaimi, Director of Admissions at the American University of Ras Al Khaimah, also participated in the forum.

The forum concluded with recommendations to promote the values of tolerance and peaceful coexistence, emphasizing the importance of fully and positively utilizing the services provided by the police through official channels. It also highlighted the necessity of effective cooperation to protect society and combat negative phenomena, while striving to achieve happiness and a high quality of life for all. Additionally, the forum recommended the continuation of such meetings, with the participation of students, to spread awareness and reach the highest levels of society's benefit.
