The Ministry of Interior's directive to stay up-to-date with technological advancements and enhance services provided by the Operations Department has resulted in the inauguration of a modern drone platform by His Excellency Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, the Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police. The platform was unveiled in the presence of several senior officers.
The modern drone platform is a reflection of the leadership's constant efforts to acquire and utilize modern equipment and devices to enhance safety and security in the emirate, and to improve police and security work towards excellence and success. The new platform boasts various specifications and features to perform the assigned tasks in the best possible way.

According to the Commander-in-Chief, keeping pace with modern technologies is of utmost importance to the leadership, which is reflected in their continuous efforts to develop equipment and devices that contribute to achieving the strategic objectives of the Ministry of Interior and the police and security work service in the emirate.
