In line with the Ministry of Interior’s strategic directives aimed at operating effectively and efficiently to enhance quality of life in the UAE society through proactive, smart, and innovative services, His Excellency Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, honored a select group of frontline employees at the Customer Happiness Center. The recognition attended by His Excellency Brigadier Ahmed Al Sum Al Naqbi, Director General of Central Operations, along with several police officers and staff, celebrated employees distinguished for delivering services in accordance with the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and transparency, contributing to customer happiness and the advancement of security-related quality of life across the society.
